Payment Methods
We accept payment by bank transfer.
We will send the product after we confirmed payment.
We send you information
on the total price, which includes the bank charges upon receiving the order.
Shipping Methods
SEQUEDGE ART & MODE shall deliver your order of goods to the address designated by you. The cost of delivery shall be subject to the method of delivery, and shall be in addition to the purchase price of the goods and payable in the same manner as the purchase price.
For the avoidance of doubt, the delivery date is no more than an estimate, and shall not be of the essence.
"Business days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Hong Kong.
Shipping Methods (for deliveries to Hong Kong)
For orders in Hong Kong, we will use Local Courier provided by the Hong Kong Post as our delivery company. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:

If nobody is at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the Hong Kong Post will leave you a notice card for you to re-arrange the delivery.

For orders deliver to China, we are glad to provide Expedited Shipping for all orders. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:

Custom Duties/ Sales Tax
All amounts stated in our sales price are exclusive of VAT and/or any other applicable taxes or levy, which shall be charged in addition at the rate in force at the date any payment is required from the buyer.
Some countriesimpose duties on imported goods or levy sales tax such as GST, VAT and so forth. As per our terms and conditions of sale, we shall not be responsible for local customs duties, sales taxes or government taxes or levies of any kind as these matters are out of our control.
We will mark every out-going item as "gift" and declare its value according to your request, in favor of you. However, there is no 100% guarantee that you will be free of charge from taxes or levies. From our experience there is an estimated 10-20% chance that the goods may be subject to tax for most of the major countries. Therefore you shall bear in mind all these unexpected cost and expense before buying. For details of import duties for your country, please do contact your local customs office.
In the case of your local customs holding up your item for inspection or tax collection purposes, we shall do our best to assist you to solve the problem by supplying the relevant documents required by your local customs. Please feel free to contact us in this regard.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a deliverable shipping address during checkout. Buyers have to pay for the shipping charges again if the package is returned back to us because of an undeliverable address.
Dispatch notification
We will send you a Dispatch Notification by email after we have dispatched your order. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 Business days after receiving your order online. You can expect to receive this email within the 2 - 14 Business days. The Dispatch Notification will contain the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link. You can click on the link to track your order.
If you do not receive a Dispatch Notification by email within 2 days after placing your order, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please refer to the "Technical > cannot receive emails" section for more details.
Delivery time
Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You could expect to receive your orders within 2-14 Business days (excluding the day placing the order) depending on the destination country and shipping method selected.
These are estimated delivery times only and we shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times mentioned above are no more than estimates, and shall not be of the essence, which may vary, in particular, during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and other holiday periods. Although SEQUEDGE ART & MODE will not guarantee the exact delivery times, we shall do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.
If orders are received between 11:00 to 20:00 on Monday to Friday, they are usually processed by the end of the next Business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next Business day.
Return items
You may return products sold by SEQUEDGE ART & MODE within 30 days after receipt of your order (based on our delivery record), and upon prior approval in writing of SEQUEDGE ART & MODE. We will bear and pay for the return-shipping fee if the return of goods is a result of our error or default. Please note that we offer exchanges only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from us.
Non-returnable items
We regret that we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including but not limited to:
- Any product that is returned more than 30 days after your acknowledgement of receipt.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
- Any discount, clearance or sales product that SEQUEDGE ART & MODE has already stated non-returnable.
- Any free gift product and samples.
- Any product that is purchased at SEQUEDGE ART & MODE stores.
In the event of dispute, SEQUEDGE ART & MODE 's decision shall be final and conclusive.
Refund policy
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. We shall, at our option, either make good the defects which, under proper use, appear in the goods by supplying a replacement within a period of 30 days after the goods have been delivered, provided that:
- The buyer notifies us in writing of the claimed defects immediately on their appearance; and
- We are satisfied that the defects arise solely from faulty design, materials or workmanship; and
- The goods claimed to be defective are returned to us at the expense of the buyer within 30 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
We regret that we will not refund the original shipping and handling fees with the return. We will only refund the purchase price of the products (excluding VAT or other duties or tax). And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to get the refund. It shall be in our own and absolute discretion, either make good your purchase by the supply of a replacement or the refund of the purchase price to you.
Exchange policy
All products will go through a quality check before dispatch.
Whilst we shall use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered
to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged during the delivery
process for whatever reason. Should this happen, please return the damaged or
wrong products to us simply by following our Return Procedures.
We offer exchanges only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
from us. We will arrange to send you a replacement to the original place of delivery
using the same shipping method originally used for purchase without charging
you any extra delivery charges. The return-shipping fee will also be refunded
by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.
Only in case that the product was sold out, we shall refund the purchase price
in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Refund timeline
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product. Refund will be made to your account in the same form of payment used for purchase. According to our experience, it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to process the refund your.
Return procedures
You can pack and send your return of goods to us simply by taking the following steps below :
- Please send the mail to artandmode@sequedge.asia.
- Please indicate returned products and the reason.
- Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box so that we can expedite process of your request.
- Send the returning items by mail to: SEQUEDGE ART & MODE, Room 1135-1139, Sun Hung kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
- All return shipping fee must be prepaid by you. We will not accept COD returns.
Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us due to reasons such
as the provision of an incorrect address, a PO Box or a hotel address, failed
delivery attempts or refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue
make a refund to the buyer after deducting the original shipping fee, handling
fee and 15% of the purchase price of the products as re-stocking fee. (In Hong
Kong, for the return of undeliverable, a re-stocking fee of HK$25 will be deducted
from your refund.) We will re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable
or unclaimed. However, buyers will be charged US$6, being our resend shipping
fee.
