SEQUEDGE ART & MODE is strongly committed to protect your privacy. We use the personal data we collect on the site for various purposes. Use of such personal data will help us to add more products and services of interest to you and also to ensure that your shopping experience with us is an enjoyable and personalized one. Membership information:

SEQUEDGE ART & MODE members enjoy many privileges, including newsletters, participation in special SEQUEDGE ART & MODE offers and promotions and streamline shopping. In the coming future, we will expand membership benefits to include personalized services on the site and free gifts and other special benefits. When you join SEQUEDGE ART & MODE, we need to know your name, email and mailing addresses, and we request you to complete a profile survey about yourself in order to allow us to serve you better.

Ordering information:

When you place an order with SEQUEDGE ART & MODE, you will be asked to provide details such as credit card number and shipping address. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Promotions:

We may from time to time organize promotions and in doing so, we may ask for information including your name, email and mailing address, telephone number and customer preferences. We will use these information to notify you about any promotions.

Newsletters and Email Promotions:

We use email to communicate with our SEQUEDGE ART & MODE members about our news and special promotions . If you would rather not receive these messages, you may choose such an option “in my account”.

Links to third party websites:

When you click on links and/or ad banners that take you to either third party websites or SEQUEDGE ART & MODE affiliated sites, you may be subject to the privacy policies of those parties. Since these third party websites are beyond our control, SEQUEDGE ART & MODE shall not be responsible for the contents or materials in these third party websites and the actions of parties outside our web domain.

Protection of Information:

SEQUEDGE ART & MODE is committed to protect your privacy. We use sophisticated encryption technology and secure servers to keep your personal information (including your name, email and mailing address, phone number, credit card information and purchase history) safe. All your ordering information is protected during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts the information that you input so that it cannot be read in transit. In addition, the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. Your personal data is accessible only by authorized personnel of SEQUEDGE ART & MODE or our authorized contractors. Our employees and contractors designated to handle customer data will be instructed to do so only in accordance with this Privacy Policy Statement. We may contact you to verify the accuracy of the information supplied by you when opening your account.

Access and update of Information:

You may at any time check whether we hold any of your personal data and, if so, may also request access to, update, correct or request a copy of your personal data held by us by e-mailing to artandmode@sequedge.asia. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or permitting corrections to your personal data.

We shall endeavor to respond within 40 days after receiving your request in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486).
A reasonable handling fee may be charged to cover our administration costs.
Please note that we will not retain your personal data longer than necessary. Your personal data will be erased where the data are no longer required for the above purposes.

Sharing of Information:

All personal data you gave us will be kept confidential and protected, but we may provide such personal data to the following parties for the same purposes as laid out above in this Privacy Policy Statement:

  1. our subsidiaries, associated companies and other related companies;
  2. our vendors and business partners;
  3. parties which assist us in carrying out the purposes laid out above in this Privacy Policy Statement;
  4. parties which participate in joint marketing scheme with us;
  5. any agent, contractor or service provider who provides administrative, order processing, payment clearing, credit reference, debt collecting or other services necessary to the operation of our business;
  6. any other person or organization who are bound by confidentiality agreements with us including the Sequedge group companies;
  7. any person to whom we are, in our belief in good faith, under an obligation to make disclosure as required by any applicable law.

SEQUEDGE ART & MODE may also provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personal data that uniquely identifies an individual.
Currently, we do not sell, trade, give away or rent your personal data to others apart from those parties mentioned above. We may decide to do so with trusted third-party partners in the future, but you can instruct us not to do so by sending us a letter in writing. We will not sell or disclose any personal data that identifies you to any third party apart from those mentioned above without your approval.

Except as expressly mentioned in this Privacy Policy Statement as aforesaid, we will not disclose your personal data to any third party unless we are required to do so by law or we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to:

  • Protect and defend our rights and property;
